BUG 2003, hosted by The Arizona Republic, was held in Phoenix March 15, 16 and 17, 2003. Special thanks to all, and especially to Don Peper, Norm Rimbey, Lynda Muller and Bob Kotwasinski for their efforts in putting the conference together.

Thanks also to those who were able to attend. Everyone in attendance reported that the sessions were very informative and useful. If your plans didn't include BUG this year, make it a point to be there next year.
